AhlulBayt News Agency: Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Ahmad Iqbal Razavi, Vice President of the Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen of Pakistan, said that the Parachinar crisis is not a Shia-Sunni issue, but a planned conspiracy of terrorism.
Stating that if the peace agreement had been fully implemented, these terrorist incidents would not have occurred, he said: "Some have tried to portray the clashes in Parachinar as sectarian, while local Shia and Sunni men have come together to thwart this conspiracy with their knowledge."
Iqbal Razavi stated that Shiites and Sunnis have been living together peacefully in Parachinar for centuries and they want to continue doing so in the future, and continued: "The enemies are trying to destroy this atmosphere of unity. It is hoped that these people here will never allow the enemy to succeed in their sinister goals."
The Vice Chairman of the the Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen of Pakistan continued, God willing, we will all come together and be the voice of the oppressed without discrimination.
It is worth noting that the four-month siege and closure of the main transport routes in the region, including the Parachinar-Peshawar route, have made access to food, medicine and other essential goods extremely difficult. More than 300 people, including dozens of children, have died in the region in recent months due to a lack of medical and food supplies.
