AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): In a message of condolences on the demise of the pious scholar, Mr Mohammad Reza Hakimi, the President expressed his condolences to all his devotees, especially the people of Mashhad, as well as to the Hakimi family, and prayed for the deceased.
Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi’s message of condolence reads:
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
We belong to Allah and indeed to Him we shall return (Holy Quran)
The passing of the pious and honourable scholar, Mr Mohammad Reza Hakimi caused great grief and sorrow.
This esteemed and wise thinker, who was one of the defenders and supporters of Imam Khomeini's movement, with his deep religious insight, devoted his entire life to explaining Islamic knowledge and culture and promoting the school of the Ahl ul-Bayt (AS) and left a rich and brilliant treasure in his memory by writing several valuable works, including the Al-Hayat Encyclopaedia.
I offer my condolences to all his students and devotees, especially the dear people of the holy city of Mashhad, as well as to the family of Hakimi and his noble brother, praying for the deceased and wishing his family patience and rewards.
