AhlulBayt News Agency: In Friday prayer sermons held at the central mosque in Budgam, Kashmir, Hujjat al-Islam Syed Hassan Mousavi Safavi, President of the Shia Sharia Association, has strongly condemned the new Endowment Bill presented by the government, calling it an organized conspiracy against Muslims and a clear interference in religious affairs.
While strongly criticizing the new Endowment Bill, he emphasized that this bill not only restricts the religious freedoms of Muslims, but also has a hidden goal of weakening their religious identity. He called this move a calculated conspiracy and called for a firm stand against it.
The President of Jammu and Kashmir Shia Sharia Association stated,” This bill is not just a legal issue, but a clear attack on the faith and beliefs of Muslims. With this bill, the government is trying to interfere in our religious affairs, but we will never allow such interference. This is a dangerous move to distort Islamic identity and blatantly violate our religious rights.”
Warning about the consequences of this bill, Hujjat al-Islam Syed Hassan Mousavi added,” If we do not stand against this bill today, tomorrow we will witness more interference in our religious and social issues. We must defend our religious rights with all our might and not allow this bill to be passed. The Muslim community will never allow its beliefs and values to be trampled upon.”
