AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): In an official decree, Hojat al-Islam Mohammad Mahdi Imani-Pour, the President of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization appointed Dr. Abdolreza Rashed as the Deputy for the Development of Relations and Regional and International Studies of the organization.
The responsibilities of this position include guiding and overseeing the activities of Iran’s cultural representatives abroad to foster cultural relations and cooperation with regional and international institutions and organizations, as well as Islamic cultural centers and associations across the world.
Additionally, supporting and directing Quranic and religious promotional activities worldwide through appropriate means and in collaboration with relevant units, utilizing the expertise of the deputy office, enhancing its technical capabilities, transforming this capacity into national strength, and emphasizing organizational maturity are among the other duties assigned to the Deputy for International Affairs.
Rashed’s executive background includes serving as the Deputy for International Affairs and Advisor to the President of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization in International Affairs, Deputy for International Affairs at the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Deputy for Development of Management and Resources at the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Cultural Attaché of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Istanbul, Deputy for Communications at the Representative Office of the Supreme Leader in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Member of the Policymaking Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International News Agency – ABNA, Director General of Social Affairs and Councils at Ardabil Province, Advisor to the Governor of Ardabil, and Director General of the Governorate’s Office.
