AhlulBayt News Agency: A Hamas delegation headed by chief negotiator Khalil al-Hayya has arrived in the Egyptian capital to discuss the implementation of the agreement, according to a statement by the movement.
The statement said meetings between its delegation and Egyptian mediators had already begun.
On Monday, Hamas said it had suspended the release of captives held in Gaza due to Israeli violations of the ceasefire, which came into effect on January 19, Al Jazeera reported.
The Palestinian group cited the delayed return of displaced people to different areas of Gaza and not allowing the entry of all aid that had been agreed in the ceasefire.
