AhlulBayt News Agency: The staffs of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine have finished the work of washing the holy sanctuary of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (Peace be upon him), perfuming and furnishing it.
The official of the Sayed servants 'division at the holy shrine; Sayed Hashim al-Shami, said that" the servants of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine were honored on the seventeenth night of the month of Sha'ban to perform the washing and maintenance work of the Holy Sanctuary, as part of the periodic program of maintenance and carpet replacement, which is carried out after major Ziyarat and special events."
He added that"the work started after ten o'clock in the evening with the participation of about 30 servants of the holy shrine, where several modern machines were used for washing and cleaning, to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and sterilization".
Al-Shami pointed out that"the process of washing the Holy Sanctuary began with the honorable Ziyarat of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), followed by the stages of washing, drying, and perfuming, in a spiritual atmosphere that reflects the sanctity of the place and the importance of this service".
The holy shrine witnesses carpet cleaning and replacement campaigns throughout the year to provide the best services to visitors who visit the holy shrine from all over the world.
