The Ministry of Human Rights announced sending the Iraqi women assaulted by the ISIL terrorists to Geneva to bear witness before the international community.

A statement by the HR Ministry received cited “The HR Minister met with the Turkish Ambassador to Iraq, Farooq Qayamachi, and the head of the Turkish Red Crescent Society where they discussed the situation of the displaced citizens in Iraq and abroad.”

“The Minister has assured that the HR Ministry will send the Iraqi women assaulted by the ISIL terrorists to Geneva to bear witness over the crimes that they witnessed by the ISIL before the international community,” the statement concluded.
