US historian Webster Tarpley says the terrorist group pf ISIL is US secret army and the head of the group Abu Bakr al-Baghdai is a close friend of Senator John McCain.
The historian has told Alwaie News Agency website that US can block ISIL's all connection on the Internet if it wants.
The famous author of the book '9/11 Synthetic Terror: Made in USA' has said terrorism is all made by US.
He added the town of Derna in Libya which was recently bombarded by Egyption planes, is the world capital of terrorism. Although a small town, Derna has dispatced many terrorists to Iraq and Syria so far, said Tarpley.
Tapley has been a critic of US governments. He is also a member of World Congress against the Imperialism.
