Azeri pilgrims begin Sha’ban at Imam Reza (AS) Holy Shrine

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A group of Razavi pilgrims from Republic of Azerbaijan attended Imam Reza (AS) holy shrine and started the blessed month of Sha’ban, the eighth month in Islamic calendar, there.

Going on a pilgrimage in Razavi holy shrine on the first day of Sha’ban, the 60-person Azeri caravan welcomed the holy month and enjoyed various cultural and religious programs provisioned by the Management of non-Iranian Pilgrims’ Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi.

Religious lectures, recitation of different supplications and eulogies, introduction of Razavi shrine, video clips, offering cultural gifts, visiting museums, and holing congregational prayers were among important religious and cultural programs arranged for the group of pilgrims.

Many caravans come to holy city of Mashhad on different occasions and enjoy pilgrimage at Imam Reza (AS) holy shrine.
