The Engineering and Technical Affairs Department of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali announced the completion of a new engineering phase in the Great Najaf Ashraf Garage Project, the completion stages of which are being supervised by the engineering cadres of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali.
