AhlulBayt News Agency: The Israeli aggression on Jenin and its refugee camp continues for the 33rd consecutive day Saturday, resulting in 27 martyrs, dozens of injuries, and the forcible displacement of thousands of citizens.

The media committee of Jenin camp reported that the city is witnessing multiple field events, the most notable being the martyrdom of the girl Rimas Al-Amouri (13 years old) on Friday after Israeli occupation soldiers shot her directly while she was in front of her house in the Jabriyat neighborhood near Jenin camp.

The committee said in a statement that the occupation army has deployed military reinforcements accompanied by bulldozers in Jenin and the entrances of its camp.

It pointed out that the occupation forces have forcibly displaced more than 40,000 citizens and destroyed hundreds of homes, while bulldozing streets and infrastructure, leaving widespread destruction.

The committee pointed out that the occupation forces continue to seize a number of citizens’ homes after turning them into military barracks, imposing a siege on the entry and exit from the camp, with snipers present at all times, harassing and detaining citizens.

It confirmed that the occupation’s aggression on Jenin is being met with resistance, adding that home-made explosive devices were detonated at military vehicles during the incursion into the town of Bir al-Basha to the southwest of Jenin.

The committee noted that the Palestinian Authority’s security apparatuses continue to intensify their activities in the city of Jenin and its villages, carrying out raids and pursuing young men and wanted resistance fighters, as part of their efforts to support the occupation army in eliminating the resistance.
